Formed in 1859 we are proud of our history but like to feel we are a progressive and forward looking club, trying to upgrade our facilities wherever possible, which is why the Tap and Run was built.
Nestling in the Teme Valley, Martley Cricket Club have been entertaining visiting clubs since 1859, when we played at the old Crown Meadow.
In recent years there has been a dramatic change in the way our club has become a community based organisation, catering for everyone in the village and surrounding area and welcoming  new members.
We have senior men's teams, a women's soft-ball team, a thriving junior section and run All-Stars and Dynamo's in the height of summer.
Anyone interested in playing or helping with the cricket club will be very welcome.
